- Correct pricing: We don’t set the value. You don’t set the value. The market sets the value. A properly priced home will attract more interested parties and result in a higher sales price. Padding the price to “leave yourself some wiggle room” will backfire on you by scaring legitimate Buyers away. This typically results in a lower sales price.
- High Quality Photography: We can’t stress this enough. The #1 thing Buyers want to see is great photography… and lots of it. Posting dark pictures of the corner of a room does nothing for you. If the images of your home don’t shine online, your odds of receiving top dollar plummet.
- Video: We’re talking about real video… professional video. Not some “slide show” of photographs set to music. Buyers understand the difference… and they remember the homes done right. When The Parrett Group does video, we do it right.
- Internet Presence: None of these services matter if they aren’t properly marketed where they need to be marketed. Buyers look for homes in a variety of different places and we spend additional time and money to enhance your home in these places.
