Now that our natural bias is out of the way, let’s talk about the rest of the market. From May 1 – November 1 (2013), the Columbus Realtors MLS shows that 73 condos in Grove City sold for an average sales price of $131,333. Those sales ranged from $45,000 – $261,534.

But if you’re looking for something a little more unique, two new options in the Pinnacle area may be what you need. Epcon is already doing well with their latest Grove City project, Courtyards at Pinnacle. Mostly priced in the $200’s, it hits a sweet spot for many in the condo market.
