The Grove City real estate market has shown us year after year that Hoover Crossing is one of its favorite neighborhoods. Known for its well-kept homes and mature landscapes, the architecture here presents a nice mixture of natural stones, brick, stucco, and siding that will likely be just as popular 20 years from now. Many of the homes were built in the 1990’s but new construction still continues today. Builders such as CV Perry, M/I Homes, and Trinity are among those represented here.
